SPC Group One

 

Hello everyone, this is Darlene Sanchez. I am part of Group One. We had to do a project based on assigned chapters of our book. It was the first project and the first presentation of the course. I was responsible for lesson 3.3 E, which talked about Power Distance. I learned quite a lot. There was much I did not know about. This assignment helped me learn about ways in which power gets distributed. Also, I learned that there are two types of power distance, high and low. I enjoyed it a lot. It was my first presentation ever. I was nervous, to the point where I forgot almost everything I had to say. I was relieved when the teacher told us that everyone had done a very nice job and that she liked our presentation. I was happy and pleased with my work.  

The amount of time we had to do our assignment was not much. My group had only two days to put together the Power Point. We still managed to do everything right and in time. I was very proud of the work achieved by my classmates that were part of my group. Also, I felt happy for the other groups that presented as well. I enjoyed all the presentations. They all did a really good job showing us and teaching us what the chapters talked about.

Everyone had nice, organized slides on their Power Points. It was satisfying for me. They all had chosen good illustrations for their slides based on their topics. Some of them had more than one lesson from each chapter. In my opinion they did a very good job considering that it was the first presentation. I was excited to attend class because it meant that the other groups had to present. I was curious as to what they had to say.
